Description

Duties of the position require knowledge,  skills and abilities: 

  • Knowledge and skills in performing internet research
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word,  Excel,  PowerPoint,  internet web browser,  and email
  • Ability to proactively build positive relationships,  foster team unity at all levels of the college,  and strive for positive interactions with individuals across the campus; 
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently;
  • An appreciation of diversity and the benefits of a commitment to cultural awareness and sensitivity in the workplace;

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

 

  • Assist the Building Access &  Safety Supervisor with taking inventory of all buildings,  locks,  keys,  vendors with keys,  and employee information.
  • Entering locks,  keys,  and employees into MegaMation.
  • Entering all data on current mechanical keys issued to employees and vendors into MegaMation.
  • Drives service trucks as required

 

 

Qualifications

Required conditions of employment:

  • Successful completion of a criminal history background check.
  • Must be a current TCC student.
  • Ability to follow oral instructions.
  • Ability to get along well with others
  • Possession of a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
